1. Eligibility: Middle man and agents type is business are not eligible, only business that can be purchased right at sales point is allowed
– Only businesses falling within the specified categories (Fashion, Food & Beverage, Art & Craft, Technology, Health & Wellness, Others) are eligible to participate
2. Registration and Payment:
– Vendors must complete the registration form and make the necessary payment through Paystack to confirm their participation.
– Payment options:
– Small Scale: ₦40,000
– Medium Scale: ₦100,000
– Payment is non-refundable except in the event of event cancellation by the organizers.
3. Event Participation:
– Vendors are to adhere to the setup and breakdown schedule provided by the organizers.
– The organisers will be responsible to provide a shield, tables and chairs and assign booths to participate based on their plan- Vendors must ensure their booths are staffed at all times during the exhibition hours.
– Vendor are not allowed to sell inside the event as there would be exhibition break in between the event that allows guest to visit vendors right at their stand
4. Conduct:
– Vendors must maintain a professional demeanor and treat all attendees with respect.
– The sale of illegal or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
– Vendors must comply with all local laws and regulations.
5. Liability:
– The organizers of TOCA 2.0 are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage caused by vendor’s carelessness or negligence.
– Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage if desired.
6. Security: Vendors product and services are safe and secured within the event premises as there would be securities agencies on patrol
7. Marketing and Promotion:
– By participating, vendors grant the organizers permission to use their business name, logo, and images for promotional purposes related to TOCA 2.0.
– Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation in the event through their own marketing channels.
8. Cancellation and Refunds:
– In case of event cancellation by the organizers, vendors will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by vendors after registration and payment.
9. Compliance:
– Vendors must comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by the event organizers.
– Vendors must arrive at the venue at the early hour of the event to set up so as not to miss out in the benefits that come with participation e.g Free media coverage and interview, content creation and press coverage as organizers would not repeat any of the activities for late vendors
– Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the termination of the vendor’s participation without a refund.
10. Product and services varieties:
Same products and services would be allowed at the event to create healthy competition, create varieties for shoppers/guests and induce fairness in price
11. Amendments:
– The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes.
